WHAT DOES “THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITES ACT” Have to do with your website?
When the A.D.A became the law of the land in the 1990, the internet was
new. As the internet grew, it became clear that the blind had extreme
difficulty navigating websites. Starting 15 years ago, the Justice
Department began enforcing adherence to the A.D.A for all websites. If your

WHAT IS IA4BA? (Internet Access for Blind Americans)
IA4BA was started by David Steckelberg. He began seeing more lawsuits being filed on behalf of the blind because they could not navigate websites. He then found that the IRS gives a generous tax credit when websites are brought into compliance with A.D.A laws. There are few in the CPA business as experienced as David Steckelberg (Dave Steck). He began his career almost 50 years ago with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Since then, he has had a prolific career in the Tax and CPA business. He has worked as CFO for multibillion-dollar international companies.
